The Thomashilfen Defender is currently being AuSAP assessed and is expected to be available during 2022.
The Defender is suitable for use with the built-in harness as the primary restraint from 10 to 29.5 kg. It can be used as a booster seat from 13.6 to 50 kg, which means the vehicle seatbelt must be used. In booster mode the built-in harness can continue to be used for postural support only.
It comes standard with a chest clip, head, lateral and thigh supports. Optional items include footrest, support tray, abduction pommel, and seat wedge for extra recline.
The optional swivel base can only be used in booster seat mode and requires ISOFIX.
