Starlight-NXT
The Starlight-NXT is designed to cater for children from 9 kg to 36 kg. It comes standard with swivel base (left turning and requires ISOFIX for use), adjustable headrest and slim lateral supports.
The Starlight-NXT is used with the built-in harness as the primary restraint from 9 kg to 18 kg (the seatbelt is used behind the child to secure the Starlight-NXT to the vehicle). However it can be used from 15 kg to 36 kg with the seatbelt as the primary restraint, enabling the swivel base feature to be used.
Options include abductor block and support tray.
NOTE: The Starlight-NXT is not an Australian Britax Childcare Pty Ltd product. The Starlight-NXT is a Hernik GmbH (German company) special purpose car seat, imported into Australia by Medifab. Hernik GmbH uses a Britax Romer (European) standard product and has adapted it for use as a special purpose car seat.

The Starlight-NXT is a special purpose car seat designed to keep children with disabilities and medical conditions safe and comfortable when travelling. These car seats are an option when a standard Australian car seat doesn’t meet your child’s needs.
The Starlight-NXT is available from specialist disability product suppliers, and there are specific legal and safety requirements you’ll need to follow when using it in your vehicle.
